Step 1: Receive and consult requests

• Receiving initial requests:
  • Contact from customers: Customers contact AIDO via email, phone, website or in person.
  • Collecting preliminary information: Recording basic information about customers, initial needs and desires for the project.
• Consulting and determining requirements:
  • Meeting/consulting: Organizing a meeting (in person or online) to discuss the project in detail.
  • Determining project goals: Understanding clearly the goals, audience, and message to convey.
  • Collecting documents and information: Receiving relevant documents from customers.
    • Script, images, logo, brand, color palette, font.
    • Video, audio image IP, language, author name, copyright, etc.
    • Content is suitable for the target audience, does not use images or words that may affect physical and mental health, national territory, beliefs, politics, ethnicity, culture and other specific regulations, etc.

Step 2: Proposal and Contract Signing

• Proposal and Quotation:
  • Develop a project proposal: Including service description, implementation plan, schedule and estimated budget.
  • Detailed Quotation: Provide a specific quotation for each work item.
  • Proposal Presentation: Send proposal and quotation to client for review and feedback.
• TNegotiation and Contract Signing:
  • Discuss terms: Discuss with client about terms in proposal, make adjustments if necessary.
  • Draft contract: Prepare contract based on agreed agreements, including terms on rights and obligations, progress, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, etc.
  • Sign contract: Representatives of both parties sign the contract and stamp (if any).

Step 3: Pre-production

• Detailed planning:
  • Determine the schedule: Set a specific time for each stage of the project.
  • Assign tasks: Divide tasks among the project team.
• Develop content and design:
  • Develop script and storyboard: Draft detailed script, create storyboard for the product.
  • Design concept and style: Determine visual style, color, sound suitable for the brand and customer requirements.
  • Prepare resources: Collect or create necessary resources (3D characters, background, sound).

Step 4: Production & Post-production)

• 3D content production:
  • Create 3D videos, 3D images according to specific requirements on content, style and duration.
  • Quality management: Ensure each production step meets the set quality standards.
• Post-production and editing:
  • Editing and effects: Perform color correction, add special effects, background sound.
  • Complete film editing: Combine all elements to create the final product.
  • Final quality control: Carefully review the product to detect and correct errors (if any).

Step 5: Project Delivery and Completion

• Presentation and Feedback from Client:
  • Send Draft to Client: Provide a preview version for client review.
  • Collect Feedback: Receive feedback from client on the product.
  • Request Editing: Make necessary edits based on client’s comments (up to 3 edits).
• Product Delivery:
  • Prepare Final Product: Package the product in the required format (video, images, source files).
  • Product Delivery: Send the product to client via agreed method (online, hard drive, etc.).
  • User Manual: If necessary, provide instructions or technical support for client to use the product effectively.
• Payment and Completion:
  • 1st Payment (70%): Client pays 70% of the contract value before starting the project.
  • 2nd payment (30%): Customer pays 30% of contract value after handing over the completed product.
  • Invoice and payment confirmation: Provide financial invoice according to legal regulations and confirm receipt of full payment.
